Hope into Action is a fairly new charity, established to reduce homelessness in Mid Sussex. We have opened our first 2 houses and have moved in 7 adults who have a history of rough sleeping. 

Providing quality accommodation, consistent, non-judgemental support and determination to see every individual fulfil their potential is already making a huge difference to our tenants, their families and wider society.
