Work have given me a volunteer day and the Ardonagh Communtity Trust are also offering to match money i can raise during their give back week 5-9 December 2022.

I will use my day to volunteer for South Northants Community Responders, who support East Midlands Ambulance Service and our local communities by attending 999 calls, giving training in CPR, attending cardiac arrests, maintaining defribilators and offering first aid at local events.

We are a charity and to provide these services we require various equipment, including Defribilators and other emergency aid equipment as well as vehicles to get to calls.

All the members are volunteers who give up their time for free to help their communities as well as attend regular training sessions and examinations to ensure we have the right skills and are competent to carry out the work we do.

Supporting us, enables us to carry on this life saving work and as the Ardonagh Community Trust will look to double any donation, supporting me today means twice as much as normal.
