"Robotic Surgery" is one of the really exciting developments in our world. In Chelmsford we are extraordinarily privileged to have an upgraded modern robot to work with, allowing more advanced keyhole surgery for our patients than would otherwise be possible. 

But it needs to be paid for - and is very expensive! 

Thank you for considering helping by sponsoring my Summer of Energetic Extravagance. I am currently training for the London Marathon (April 28th), and have also secured a place in the Prudential Ride London - 100 Miles by bike (August 4th) and the Serpentine Swim - 2 Miles (September 21st). I've always fancied an Ironman triathlon, but have to accept that it is never going to happen in one sitting so this is likely to be about as close as I ever get. I hope you feel the considerable effort worthy of sponsorship and know that every donation will be hugely appreciated not just by the organisation, but of course the many patients who will benefit from this extraordinary technology for years to come.
