This year I will be facing a double header (you could call it a tandem I suppose!) of the Nightrider 100km and the gruelling Prudential Ride London 100 mile.

Nightrider is taking place on the 6th June through the night on the streets of London, The Ride London 100 is taking place on Sunday 2nd August and starts at the Olympic Park going out through the Surrey hills finishing on The Mall.

Training has commenced much to the displeasure of my legs but is progressing well.

Merlins Magic Wand give seriously ill and disabled children magical days out at amazing locations. Together with your help we can put smiles on faces and create special memories.
