On 3 October 2021, I, along with thousands of others will take on the Virgin Money London Marathon. I am running for The Children’s Society to raise awareness and vital funds to help continue local services for children in this country who feel scared, unloved and unable to cope. I’m very proud to be a part of this team. 

The Children’s Society is a national charity that helps thousands of children and young people who desperately need support and often have nowhere left to turn. They support vulnerable young people across a range of issues, including those experiencing, or at risk of, child sexual exploitation, domestic violence, substance misuse, mental and emotional health problems, or children who go missing or run away from home. 

Having now run over 2,350 miles in training I’m into the final phase of this amazing challenge. Knowing I’ll be raising money for The Children’s Society will keep me going. Please donate towards the invaluable work they do for the most vulnerable children.
