As many of you know I've seen how devastating Alzheimer's disease can be, as it's hurt the people I love over the past decade. You've been so generous to support my past fundraising efforts for the amazing team at Alzheimer's Society, and I'm now attempting to raise a further £2000 by running the TCS 2025 London Marathon in April. This money will help ensure the charity can continue to invest in dementia care, cause, cure and prevention, alongside local support services, helping families impacted today and those that will be impacted in the future.

If things go to plan it will be my 13th marathon since my running midlife crisis began in 2016. I'm determined to train hard and do myself, my family and my friends proud. Your support is massively appreciated as always - Nik x
