18 years ago my brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer.  He was very brave and had the lump removed.  Testicular cancer is a form of cancer that men really don't like to admit exists.  Unfortunately he didn't realise that he also had secondary cancer which was unstopable.  Stan died on 22/11/1999.  So in celebration I've decided to get fit and raise money for the Big C charity.   I've been training since the end of July and its been great fun.
