The reason why me, Ola and our fantastic group of friends have decided to fundraise for brain tumour UK is because I (Nikita) was diagnosed with a brain tumour called a (Central Neurocytoma) in February. Luckily it was benign and I had a 12 hour operation to have it removed. Now 5 months on I am only left with a small bit of tumour (which might not grow again). But if it wasn't for charities like these not everyone who goes through what I went through may not have the same positive outcome that I had.
