This has always been an important cause to me, and I believe mental health is just as important as physical health and it’s not spoken about enough. I want to raise awareness around mental health, and help those who are suffering- you’re not alone ❤️

Mind's mission is to not give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem while campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
