Greater Change partner with charities that refer people to them who are simply in need of a financial boost to evade long term homelessness. They work with support workers to form long term goals with a roadmap to reach those goals and assessing the cost of that journey. Being funded themselves by local councils, 100% of donations then go towards the target and directly help vulnerable people avoid homelessness for good.
