On 23rd August I will be jumping out of a plane (hopefully strapped to a soldier!) in a tandem skydive, despite being terrified of heights, to raise funds for Crossroads Care. Caring for & looking after a loved one with dementia is tough but so worthwhile. I am lucky to have an amazing team of people who help me but there are also people who aren’t as lucky & don’t have that support but Crossroads does help these people. Crossroads Care is a charity & a leading care provider who have been supporting carers & the people they care for in West Sussex since 1992.
