The count down and the hundreds of miles of cycling training has started for what is probably going to be my biggest challenge to date.

1st Challenge 13-17th May Cycling from Monaco to Milan 650km (400miles) climbing 10000m in 5 days (NIKKI)

2nd Challenge 12-15th June Cycling from Bristol to Dublin 520km (325miles) climbing 6000m in 4 days (TOM, PAUL & NIKKI)

• Distance 1170km (725miles) 
• climbing 16000m (55k ft)

• 4 countries

We know this sounds absolutely insane 

especially when Nikki tells you he also has a week at the Licensing Show in Las Vegas 20-26th May!

BUT it's going to be totally worth all the pain if you can all help us beat our goal of raising £15k+ for The Light Fund.
