Proudly serving the community of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire since 1987, we provide specialist palliative & end-of-life care to people facing a terminal illness. We're committed to giving families choices about the care they receive, providing the best support at home & at the Hospice.

Story

A bunch of crazy nuts on a mission to raise as much as possible for Thames Hospice. The Chafing the Dream Team will be walking and running many miles whilst taking part in some great challenges.
