On the 25th of December 2021 we were all shocked by the sudden and sad loss of Nikolai Askaroff to a cardiac arrest. Nik positively impacted the lives of an incredible number of people across Sussex and the South East of England. Led by his son Leo Askaroff we are completing the bike ride in his memory. Our team of friends is raising money in support of the British Heart Foundation and we ask you to please give what you can to help this great cause and the work they do. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. Money raised will help BHF create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit the target.
