I'm aiming to cycle the length of Ireland (around 400 miles) across three consecutive days in support of the RVH Liver Support Group. The RVH Liver Support Group is run by a totally voluntary committee with the help of volunteer liver patients and their carers. The charity do amazing work providing confidential support, guidance and non-medical advice to patients and families coping with liver disease. This service complements the support already provided by professional medical staff and works closely with doctors and nurses at the Royal Victoria Hospital.

We're especially grateful to the RVH Liver Support Group for their continued support so hopefully this is a great opportunity to try and raise some awareness and funds to help the amazing work they do.

We'd really appreciate any support and donation you can offer towards this very worthy cause and hopefully I'll make it in three days to Malin Head! Also need to give a special thanks to everyone at Nimbus for all the support (banter) and providing some very comfy cycle wear for the event!
