Story
On Saturday 15th June 2019 I will be taking part in a charity endurance motorbike ride called the ‘RBLR 1000’ (www.rblr1000.co.uk).
The challenge? To ride 1000 miles in 24 hours.
The charity? The Royal British Legion who provide invaluable support to our armed forces (serving, ex-serving and their families).
For this ride I will be camping at Squires Cafe on the Friday to ensure an early start on Saturday where I will complete a clockwise northern route, heading towards Manchester and then north past Carlisle, Glasgow and Fort William before reaching my Northern most destination of Wick. From there I’ll head back to Squires Cafe via Edinburgh and Newcastle. All going well, I’ll arrive back at Squires in the morning of Sunday, ready for breakfast :)
