Over a million Australians are currently living with an eating disorder and they can affect any gender, age and socio-economic background. 

I am very thankful to be able to celebrate my 30th birthday with all my loved ones, after coming through my very own battle with an eating disorder. The Butterfly Foundation is a cause very close to my heart, as they have connected me with my very first treatment team after suffering for many years in silence - as so many people do. In lieu of any gifts for my birthday, I am asking for a small donation - if you can, to help keeping the support hotline and online resources available for affected individuals and their carers. 

I am very grateful for all of you who have supported me through the tough times and all of you who are still cheering me on along the way.
