If you've found your way to this page you should know I never do anything like this and the only reason I am is becasue the cause means a lot to me. I'm taking part in Memory Walk this year to raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

If I can raise just £50 then that will pay for someone with dementia to go to weekly Dementia Café sessions for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated.
