Alzheimer's is becoming more & more prevalent as we live longer and we all know someone who has been affected or living with Alzheimer's. 

Therefore I decided to sign up for TREK26, this challenge is a 26.1mile trek up & around Ullswater on 10 June 2023.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
