Nobby had to go to many hospital appointments at both the QE and Selly Oak for Cancer treatment, during this time he met many soldiers returning from the war zone.

He told his family 'That he had at least had his life, but these poor soldiers; both men and women; had only just started theirs, and that once Afghanistan was over they would all need our support'.

So, with your help we hope to keep Nobby's wish alive and raise a decent amount for his chosen charity.
