Story

Howard Holmes, Jason Potts, Graham Roberts and Matthew Summers invite you to sponsor us on our 5 day trek across 5 countries and 2 continents in the rusty old convertible BMW you see above dressed as Noddy and Friends! Our trusty steed cost a mere £375 and we immediately bust the exhaust so whether we complete the trip or not is another matter entirely.

Our adventure starts on 30th September in St Austell, Cornwall and finishes on Friday 5th October in Morocco. We do not find out the day’s route until the night before and we can only pray that our Noddymobile will make it to the end! During our trip we are hoping our friends will give generously to our nominated charity Dash of Silver.

Dash of Silver is named after its founder, Dan Silver whom bravely battled Testicular Cancer back in 2009. Dash of Silver are a Male Cancer Awareness charity that is based in Plymouth Devon. Dan believes that nobody should never have to wake up to the news they have Cancer or wake up news a loved one with Cancer. The team offer support through their monthly support group called Dashnet here in Plymouth where they offer support and advice to those Males affected by Cancer, whether it's personally, socially or emotionally. Dan also provides care packs to those diagnosed to make their stay in hospital more bearable and also show that someone is thinking about them.
We hope you can give generously to such a worthy cause.
