Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund is the only national charity dedicated solely to beating pancreatic cancer through research. Survival rates are low, so new research is vital. In the past, this cancer received little attention. With your help, we can change this so more people beat pancreatic cancer.

Story

Our family would like to thank you for donating to Pancreatic Cancer Research in memory of Noel O'Hagan, beloved husband to Beryl, father to Claire, Helen, Anne and Paul, and grandad to Ben, Harry, Will, Chloe, Millie, Katie and Annie.

Like most other people who are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Noel was already in the advanced stages of this fatal disease by the time he got his diagnosis.

Research needs to be done in order to improve the chances of survival as at the moment only 3% of those diagnosed live for 5 years. This survival rate has not changed in the last 50 years.

Noel fought a brave, inspirational, short and heartbreaking battle. He would be very proud to know that we are raising money in his name to help others survive this disease in the future.

Thank you and all our love,  Beryl, Claire, Helen, Anne & Paul xxx
