Story
On the 25th July I'll be taking my first ever Zumba class, led by the talented Zumba Sarah.
This all started as a light-hearted challenge during the General Election campaign, and now I'm gearing up to don my Lycra and hit the dance floor, all in aid of Norwich & Central Norfolk MIND and the Cromer & District Food Bank.
MIND provides support and advice for those struggling with mental ill-health, as well as campaigning to improve mental health services across the UK. Mental well-being is a topic close to my heart, and one that deserves as much recognition as possible.
The Cromer & District Food Bank is a vital service in Cromer, providing three nutritionally balanced meals a day as well as supporting locals who are referred to them in times of crisis.
If you'd like to donate towards MIND and the Cromer & District Food Bank's work, it would be hugely appreciated.
If I reach my fundraising target, a video will be going out on Facebook!
