I will be running 72 miles on July the 4th in memory of my late father in law Joe Bonnar to raise money for Marie Curie. The Great Glen Ultra run starts in Fort William and finishes in Inverness and is mainly trail terrain with an elevation of 6,300ft. The race starts at 1am and I have 24 hours to complete it with no help or support crew.
