Since 1988, St Luke’s has been providing specialist, palliative care and support to local people, supporting them in ways which go beyond the scope and funding of the NHS. Our support begins from the moment someone is diagnosed, through to palliative care and ultimately end of life care.

Story

At St Luke’s we care for adults living in central and southern Cheshire who are suffering from cancer and other life limiting illnesses, serving a population of around 280,000. We offer 24 hour care to local people, as well as our services offered in Day Hospice, out-patient clinics, complementary therapy clinics, counselling, bereavement support and many other services. We are a charity and over 80% of our services are funded from donations, fundraising events, gifts in wills, goods sold in our shops and our lottery players.
