Story

What is North2South4MND?

40 people – cycling from Llandudno to Bridgend whilst also climbing the 3 Highest Peaks in Wales (Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Penyfan), all in 4 Days – to raise awareness and funds for the MNDA.

We are novice cyclists and novice mountain climbers!! – this will be a very tough four days with the cycling elevation and the length of time in the saddle mixed in with scaling the heights of the 3 Welsh Peaks, proving to be very challenging.

The team will set off for the long journey to Llandudno in North Wales on Thurs 23rd August and will be looking to complete the event in the evening of Bank Holiday Monday 27th at Bridgend in South Wales.
