Cant believe im doing the journey back up to John O Groats again!  Only this time to push myself both physically and mentally much further than I have ever done before in one go!  

Instead on the massive 326 miles Roy and I completed in 2018, we have set a mammoth challenge for myslef and 4 other mates to cycling from John O Groats to the Mull of Galloway, 430 miles in one 1 go. A grueling hilly exposed route from the most northerly point to the most southerly point of Scotland.

A charity close to many of our hearts, the Beatson cancer centre in Glasgow provides cancer treatment for all types of cancer and rely heavily on donations.
