Story

The world's rhino species are currently facing one of the greatest threats to their survival in history.

Following the amazing successes from our last 2 years of 'Running for Rhinos' fundraising, the North Luangwa Conservation Programme (NLCP Zambia) will be sending a team of 7 runners to the London Marathon 2020 to raise awareness for rhino conservation.

Our runners this year are Joyce and Gift from the canine unit, our specialist canine unit adviser, Benny (wearing the rhino suit again for the cause), rhino carers, Aaron, Royd and Lawrence, and our dedicated project leader, Claire. Held on the 26th April, an astounding 26.2 miles long, the challenge is monumental.

Please follow us, like us and help us reach our target to support black rhino conservation and REPU officers in the field.
