Thanks for visiting our page. Norwich & Central Norfolk Cruse Bereavement Care is a self-funding voluntary organisation that provides support for bereaved adults in Norfolk via an enquiry line, one to one support, and a social group. We offer compassionate and confidential support which is provided by highly trained volunteers.
Bereavement touches us all at some point in our lives and Norwich Cruse is often the only place people can turn to when someone has died. Our service is free and available to all without discrimination.
During 2018/2019 we sent information to over 2,000 people via our helpline. 200 people started one-to-one support and our volunteers worked over 6,500 hours.
It costs £60,000 each year to maintain and deliver the services we offer and we only exist thanks to the support from the local community. If you would like to support Norwich Cruse by fundraising or making a donation, here's how your money could help:
£10 could cover the cost of five copies of specialist literature available to our clients.
£40 could provide one hour of one-to-one support.
£100 could cover the cost of running our enquiry line for one week.
£240 could provide a client with six sessions of one-to-one support.
