In honour of our good friend, business partner and absolute top guy Paul Rudd who was suddenly taken from us far too soon on April 5th this year, I will be fighting in the Tower Fitness Corporate Boxing Event now to be in March 2019 due to an injury i sustained. 

All donations will go to Paul's nominated charity "Help for Heroes" he touched so many people's lives and he is sorely missed by us all....this ones for you mate!!
