We have  hit our target to provide services which include: Bereavement,family/relationship problem,end of life care and support, physical and mental health, elderly care,isolation and many more. This is all part of the chaplaincy service. We have made many differences to people’s lives and we wish to continue with this service to continue to work to change more lives.
