Living in London I have spent much of my life helping stray, cats, foxes and wildlife.

A few years ago, I adopted an amazing dog from NoToDogMeat and decided to help their plight.

A keen sportsman in my youth, I plan to run as much as I can from London to Essex and am determined to finish the race even if it means walking.
