There's a viral status update going around on facebook asking people to change their picture to their favourite childhood cartoon character. Recently this has changed to claim it's to benefit the NSPCC, but it's not clear how.

Lets actually DO something and donate a few £'s to the NSPCC this festive season? While you're at it, why not put the name of your cartoon character in the donation comments
