After many years The Oswestry Muslim Community have the opportunity to purchase a former disused carpet shop with planning permission for Oswestry first Masjid & Community Centre.

Oswestry has lacked facilities for daily prayers, twice yearly prayers for Eid-ul Adah/Eid-ul Fitr and Taraweeh to be held, with the nearest Masjid being 20 miles away.

The funds raised will assist with the completion of the purchase and works required to make the building fit for purpose.
