Reaching Out works with individuals in their own home and in the community to assist them in overcoming a variety of obstacles in their lives. We work intensively with people to assist them in tackling issues they are facing now. We create a plan based on a strength based approach. We value relationships, uniqueness, and best practice. We have touched the lives of nearly 200 unique individuals and are driven to support marginalised groups and improve lives.
