I started running the London marathon when I was forty and to date I have done eight every year it gets harder to do the training. But this year I have been encouraged by the determination of my friend Sarah (who is also running for Josie) going from giving birth to doing a Marathon in six months. I would also like to thank all the BBC club runners for their support.
