Nystagmus in the Garden · 24 June 2018

Nystagmus means involuntary movements of the eye. It impairs vision, affecting focus and depth perception. At least 1 in 1,000 babies are born with nystagmus. There is currently no cure. The Nystagmus Network is a UK registered charity which provides support, raises awareness and funds research.

Story

When my daughter was diagnosed with nystagmus I had never heard of it before. I found advice and information and a whole nystagmus community with the Nystagmus Network. I'm fundraising so that other families, just like mine, can continue to enjoy that support.

We hope people enjoy our garden. There will be tea and cakes, a book stall, a craft table, bric a brac and plants for sale. And there will be lots of Nystagmus Network bunting!
