Thank you for taking the time to look at our page.

As a business we are always keen to support out community. We know a lot of our patients are essential workers and continuing to go to work. As well as a lot of patients working with the NHS on the front line. including family members of the staff here.

We are keen to help them and make sure they have all the correct support they need, be it PPE, financial or emotional support.

By running these classes we are providing mental and physical support for our community and hoping that we can in turn help the front line workers.
