We offer specialised physiotherapy to help children gain movement control

Story

Our mission is to raise enough money to help The Movement Centre in Oswestry. We've seen first hand how the training can transform the movement abilities of children from all over the UK.

Taking on the Snowdon Challenge seemed like the best way to raise money - putting ourselves through only a fraction of the physical challenges faced by those children that The Movement Centre helps every day.

The mission at The Movement Centre is to maximise the potential of children’s movement control through Targeted Training. Many children who visit them have a disability that affects their movement control. Targeted Training addresses these issues. Consequently, a course of therapy can help children to gain essential functional skills. Gaining these skills can make a child far more independent. As a result, this can completely change their lives.

Most of us take for granted the ability to control our head, sit, crawl, stand or walk. We help children with cerebral palsy, global developmental delay & other problems of movement control to achieve these skills through a unique therapy, Targeted Training, which can completely change their lives.
