Thank you to everyone who kindly donated for the 3 Peaks Challenge. We managed to successfully complete all 3 mountains and still squeezed in a beer in the 24hrs.

We now move on to the next challenge - The Royal Parks Half Marathon, taking place on Sunday 8th October. We would be very grateful for any donations that you can do and they will all go towards a really great charity, The British Heart Foundation.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our target.
