Story

Hi Everyone,

I have chosen to run the London Marathon 2019. Call me crazy, but after having a loose conversation with a friend, the following day I was certain, and sold on the idea of taking part in the world famous London Marathon.

As some of you know, I had a close friend that passed away a few years ago, Will Houghton. He was always so supportive in everything I did, regardless of the strong competitive friendship we had. Will passed away in a tragic cycling accident and I'd love nothing more to be able to complete this HUGE challenge in memory of Will.

SO...I've just bought a new pair of snazzy trainers, and started a new training programme and feeling fit and excited. *(Stay tuned for a cheeky pic..)*

As I missed out on the Virgin official ballot, I have chosen to run for the charity of Disability Rights UK and have a hefty lump to reach, so will be extremely grateful for any donations that you're able to donate to this page.

If you can't afford this month don't worry, there's always next ;)

Look forward to seeing you all soon, I.hope we can all make this possible.

Lots of love, Matt
