Story

We are fundraising for the 'Going for Gold' Challenge set by England Hockey and Alzheimers Research UK, in support of Imran Sherwani who is living with Alzheimer's disease. Imran who scored two goals in the final as Great Britains mens hockey team won gold at the 1988 Games, has inspired so many of us in the hockey community and beyond.

Steve Batchelor, Imran's gold medal winning team mate in the 1988 Seoul is closely associated with the Old Cranleighans HC through Cranleigh School and is running the London Marathon in October on behalf of the Charity and we are keen to support him in his quest to run 26.2 miles.

Please help us support this fantastic cause and charity for one of the #hockeyfamily who inspired us all.

Thank you so much for your support, every penny we raise will help fund life-changing dementia research.
