Story

This year daffodil day 2021 is Friday the 26th of March and like last year the pandemic will have a major impact on what is one of the biggest fundraising days of the year for the Irish Cancer Society.

With that in mind as a club we are going to try and help by launching our first #WearWesDay as a community we can show our support simply by wearing our club Gear. We will be asking all members to wear 1 item or more Wesley clothing that day, a jumper, a jersey, a tie, or evening your full formal attire with a Wesley dickie bow.

Then members we ask members simply take a picture of themselves wearing their Wesley gear, share it with our social channels and use the hashtag #WearWesDay and #DaffodilDay2021.

We are asking all members to give what they can (suggested donation €5/€10)

Update 19th March: due to the phenomenal early support of this fund raising effort we have no increased our target from €500 to €1000, thank you to everyone who has already donated.
