Chestnut's Littlehampton 10k: Virtual Edition 2020 · 6 September 2020 ·

The Chestnut Tree House Littlehampton 10k is back on Sunday 6 September 2020, with an exciting twist! Runners are joining our first ever virtual 10k in support of local children's hospice care.

Story

In 2018 we walked as a Monitor team from our old site in the city of London to our current site in Horsham, 44 and a half miles! We managed to complete this is 12 hours... and even made it back for chapel!

Due to the pandemic Chestnut Tree House have had a massive decrease in donations, and so honouring our Christ's Hospital ethos, we are raising money again but this time a significantly smaller distance!

Many of us are not traditional 'runners' and so even though it is the equivalent of 6 miles... this will still be a challenge. Please help make this pain worth our while!

Here's a little bit about Chestnut Tree House:

Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care and community support for children and young people with life-shortening conditions. There are hundreds of children and young people in your local community who are unlikely to reach adulthood. And even more parents and family members who need care, help and support on their journey, as they do not know how long they will have together.Your help enables families to spend time together. Precious moments that give a lifetime of memories.
