This is a walk in the lake district , from old man of coniston to skiddaw approx. 30 mls with an accumulated ascent of 11,900 ft. This will be done in two stages: STAGE 1 : Coniston to Borrowdale 16.5 miles , accumulated ascent of 6,200ft. STAGE 2 : Borrowdale to Skiddaw 13.5 miles , accumulated ascent of 5,700ft Taking part : Steven Jackson , Mark Reay , Mark Lancaster
