Story
I've once again decided I need an outdoor adventure and, having already run two looped Ultra Marathons, thought it was about time I ran a linear one. I'm now aiming to complete the 'Dragon's Back' in May - in the organiser's words '5 days, 315 kilometres, 15500 metres of ascent - the toughest 5-day mountain running race in the world' (http://www.berghausdragonsbackrace.com/). Continuing in a similar vein to most of the poorly thought through things I sign up for, 5 mountain ultras in 5 days is likely to be a few hundred thousand steps too far, so I need all the help I can get.
In doing the challenge I'll be raising money for two incredible charities close to my heart - Oshi's World (https://www.oshisworld.org/about-us), who create accessible social, sensory and play space for children with disabilities and their friends; & Bigmoose (http://www.bigmoose.co/), an inspirational bunch who are doing some amazing things in South Wales, rehabilitating the homeless, running incredible triathlons for disabled children and generally making the world a better place to be.
Due to the joys of interwebbing I can't get them both up on the same page, so I'd be grateful if you would attempt to split any donations between the two, or try and keep them relatively even. The BigMoose one can be found here https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/Oli_runs.
Diolch yn fawr / Thank you very much for any help you can give!

Ps, I've funded all of the entry fee/kit/training myself so 100% of your money will go to the charities.
