The Greyhound Trust is a registered charity who for over 40 years has found over 85,000 homes for ex racing greyhounds.

Greyhounds usually retire from racing between 4 and 6 years of age. Some may never have raced or may retire earlier due to injury. Retired greyhounds may go to live with their owners, stay with their trainers for their retirement, or will be looking for a new home with a member of the public.

Greyhounds taken in by the trust are cared for in their kennels, while volunteers try to find them their forever home. 

One of our team members recently adopted a wonderful 4 year old greyhound named Patch and would like to raise awareness of how great pets they make and help by donating all of the raised money to the Coventry branch run by Mary as the greys always need food and other supplies..

We have bought our Jaguar X-type for 300 pounds and modified it to fit the wacky rally theme using items found in a local recycle centre charity shop. On 22nd of June we will be travelling from Leamington Spa to the Alps and to the Dolomites and then south to Rimini. We will be driving over the largest mountain pass in Italy, twice the height of Ben Nevis while taking part in challenges to raise as much money as we can.
