Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I've become ever so fond of my lockdown locks, which I've been cultivating since Jan 2020 (last recorded official haircut). Since then, I have embarked on a series of dodgy DIY cuts, much to the dismay of my wife, the disappointment of my family and the amusement of my friends. Feel free to browse the gallery to see the various stages of ridiculous.
I was going to get a haircut after the first lockdown but I found out about a great charity called Little Princess Trust - who make wigs for children affected by cancer treatments - so I decided to let the show go on for a bit.
Anyway, now seems like a good time to cut it all off and donate it before I get too old (they don't accept grey hair). I've also never had a skinhead before, so that should provide some fresh ammo for my mates.
While I'm donating my hair to charity, I'd also like to ask for some money too, given how long I've been sporting this barnet for (and the ridicule I've had to endure).
Can you help me raise a few quid for Macmillan Cancer Support? The charity needs no introduction but, of course, relies on donations to carry out the stellar services it provides.
I will be 'braving the shave' on Monday 12th July and posting the obligatory before/after pics.
It would be great to donate a bit of money to Macmillan to go with the hair that's going to the Little Princess Trust. Thanks for reading and donating whatever you can x
