The MS Society is close to my heart and so I have decided to run the Lichfield 10k Race to try and raise as much money as possible for this well deserved charity. It's the first time I've ever done anything like this and I am determinded to succeed!

MS is a neurological condition affecting around 100,000 people in the UK. At present there is no cure. By donating you will help fund research to provide better treatment of those with MS, hopefully to slowdown or stop the progression of the disease.

My summer holiday this year will be spent training hard regardless of the weather. Wish me luck!
