I'm about to find out how far a handful of jelly beans will get me. Riding 100 miles on a spin bike should take me about 6 hours but will probably feel like 12. 

All the money raised will support the Roundhouse's work with young people. Each year it offers nearly 6,000 young people the opportunity to transform their lives by taking part in thousands of projects at the Roundhouse in music, media or the performing arts. Over 50% of the young people they work with are from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
